Instagram hits 100 million users

After Instagram announced a terms-of-service change in December, many of their users swore they'd stop using the site: But those threats were largely empty: - Instagram announced Tuesday that it now has 100 million monthly active users. The milestone comes just a few months after the photo-sharing company's second birthday, and less than one year since Facebook bought Instagram for $1 billion dollars. "Instagram, as a tool to inspire and connect, is only as powerful as the community it is made of.
